Hi, this is Michael DelSignore. I'm outside Patriot Place, and want to talk about what happens if you're arrested for OUI by the Foxborough police department. Many clients are arrested for OUI by Foxborough police leaving Patriots Place, leaving a Patriots game or a concert at Gillette. A couple of things you should know ... One, OUI cases are very winnable cases. They're very subjective, based on the opinions of an officer. These opinions can be challenged as unreliable. Things such as a field sobriety test, many people can't do those, whether they've had any alcohol to do at all.

What you want to do is understand that you should consider contesting the case because it's a subjective crime and it's a crime of opinion. You also should know that Foxborough police, they have a video of the booking area. Most people look pretty good in those videos. It shows you walking down the red carpet. It shows you sitting down, getting up and down to take change out of your pockets and answer basic questions during the booking process. Hopefully you don't need this advice from this video, but if you do, understand the defenses, understand that it's hard to prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt, and feel free to call us.
