Candice is one helluva young lady! She has an inner fire that burns so bright and strong that her presence is difficult to deny.

She is a constant inspiration to me and many others as she tears down walls and overcomes obstacle her running journey.

I will cherish the moment she reached mile 21 for the rest of my life. It was one of the greatest and most powerful testaments of love, friendship & the good spirit of humankind I have ever experienced.

Run Dem Crew is not a running club, we are a crew, a creative & loving community, a big family that looks out & supports one another. We go hard or go home. We run London and sometimes the world.
