CUSTOM ACTION FIGURES: Waverider

I've loved the character of Waverider since he first appeared in 1991.
As far as I know, this new McFarlane figure is the first time he's ever been immortalized in plastic.
Even though it's a more modern version, I'm digging it.
BUT...he needs some work, and that's what we're doing today.
