SAYSKY Element 3L waterproof running jacket review. We've had quite a lot of running waterproof jacket content on the channel of late. With the way the weather has been over the last month in the UK I hope it's all been helpful. The last time we reviewed one on the channel, it was Harrier Trail Running's great value Exmoor Jacket coming in at only £89! However in this video we are looking at a jacket at completely the other end of the spectrum, SAYSKY's Element 3L waterproof running jacket.
