It started when seeing one of our massage therapists doing a variation of an ab exercise in the gym that I hadn't seen before, after trying it, it felt great for the abs. But then led to trying to tweak it to get better variations of targeting the abs to have a great contraction, great stretch and ability to load, with the easier the set up the better.
