For the Assetbuilder software to work you might need to move the COMDLG32.OCX (downloadable) file to System32 and WOWSys64 then register it with the "regsvr32 /u Comdlg32.ocx" and "regsvr32 /i Comdlg32.ocx" commands entered as an administrator.

Modelling, texturing, animating and coding are technical skills and as such will require time and practice so best of luck and keep in mind practice makes perfect.
