In this tutorial, I guide you through creating your own Bowl Cozy pattern and share some helpful sewing tips to save time and achieve a neat, professional finish.

I did not mention in tutorial but you can also preshrink the Wrap n Zap by soaking in hot water in 20 mins and roll in towel to dry.

They are perfect for enjoying a hot bowl of soup or a cold bowl of ice cream!
The cozy design, quilted with multiple layers of fabric and batting, allows you to comfortably hold your bowl while eating.

They're also great for safely heating up dishes in the microwave—no need to grab pot holders or oven mitts!

❗️ If you plan to use them in the microwave, be sure to use 100% cotton fabric, cotton batting (without scrim), and cotton thread

These bowl cozies make fantastic last-minute gifts and are a great way to use up your fabric and smaller pieces of batting.
For a thoughtful gift set, pair them with a hanging kitchen towel, coasters, or a stylish kitchen boa scarf.
