Superb large and impressive platter 18.5-inch by 14.25-inch, rising to 1.5-inch at the rims
Date range 1809-1834 made by Thomas & Benjamin Godwin at the New Wharf Pottery, Burslem.

This stunning pattern is a combination English design with elements of Famille Rose and early Chinese import designs uses striking yellows pinks and greens on a ivory background glaze. 
Very good antique condition, with slight glaze crazing and light staining consistent with use over its 200 years of age
