This catfish fishing trip is a continuation from my VLOG; To Fish or Not to Fish.

It was a windy day for catfishing, and I was after a monster flathead catfish or blue catfish. While windy, it was a great spring morning to be on the water and some nice catfish were caught while anchored. While this flathead catfish was not the size I was after, the blue catfish were nice sized ones.

This video will give you a lot of information that will help you learn how to catch catfish while anchored and using cut bait.

This spring catfishing trip was on Lake Wylie near Charlotte in North Carolina. Lake Wylie is on the Catawba River.
