Accidental Anaerobic Coffee From Mugonero Washing Station, Rwanda

On a trip to Rwanda, at Mugonero washing station, Thompson encountered coffee cherries that were left in sacks for 3 days, while the station's cherry pulper was broken. In a lot of ways, that's similar to how "anaerobic" processing happens. Watch as Thompson roasts and cups this accidentally anaerobic coffee.
