Cabin Fever? Get outdoors for a walk around the neighborhood, wash your car or do some spring cleaning around your yard and garden. Sad but necessary, most of our favorite city, county and state parks are now closed due to Washington state's coronavirus stay-home order Washington State Governor Inslee, which was just extended through May 4, 2020. But some trails for walking, hiking and biking are still accessible, the most significant being the Olympic Discovery Trail. There are many access points to the Olympic Discovery Trail, some at parks that are now closed, but fortunately, the trail is still opened. In this short video, I share our short hikes on two trails along the Elwha River near Port Angeles Washington, the second of which is a short section of the Olympic Discovery Trail that crosses over the beautiful Elwha River on a on a double-decked bridge. I hope to post more videos of our outdoor excursions, when the weather is favorable.
