Welcome to another tire review made by the Trails team. This time around we are re-looking at an well-known all-terrain tire, the BF Goodrich KO2. This is an established and very desired AT tire, especially for its looks and toughness. So… you might be probably wondering why decided to remake the BFG KO2 core tests… well we have been contacted by the BFG representatives here and they requested for us to retest the tire with a slightly larger size 215.70R16. We agreed to this request and decided to show you how the tire stands on its own.

The video itself is packed with information, so you might want to pause it or review it from time to time, learning about tires is never easy and you need to see before you decide rather than just looking into our AT tires chart.

As a conclusion we named the KO2 as the Mercenary King of AT tires, because it is toughest AT, is able to tackle all terrains, favors speed and fun, has the looks and the bling and also the cost to match.

Should you buy KO2s?... YES of course, it has its own style and personality. Most of our new members have them as they are a safer/stronger tire in offroad for them, due to their lack of experience and the need for a more aggressive image. Just remember that this is an offroad tire, it is less for asphalt and more for the terrain where it can bite.
