In Cambodia, senior positions in banking are usually held by men; however, but Chea Serey holds the position of Director General of the Central Bank in Phnom Penh. Chea graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University in 2002 and went home to break the management mould in banking in Cambodia.
