Geffrye Parsons is the Founder and CEO of ⁠The Inclusion Imperative⁠, which provides DE&I-related consulting, and speaking and training services to businesses with the stated mission of “making the world a more inclusive place, one organisation at a time”.

Geff is known as “The Inclusion Changemaker”. He is a respected thought leader whose work drives workplace inclusion – with a focus going beyond mere theory to practical reality, heavily informed by his previous 35-year front office executive career with global financial and professional services organizations. He has been recognized by multiple platforms, including the British LGBT Awards, the PinkNews Awards, Stonewall, The Financial Times, The Guardian and Yahoo Finance. Geff is also a ‘Top Voice’ on LinkedIn for his expertise in Leadership, Culture Change and Executive Management.
