Celebration of 10 years of OROP and Directors conclave have been planned
for 07 & 08 Nov 2024 at Manekshaw Centre. Delhi Cantt.
Hon'ble PM will be in attendance for the event on 07 Nov 2024. In this
connection it has been decided that representation of the Veterans of Indian Armed Forces from all over India be sought. Secy, ESW, MoD has approved the participation of all the Directors of RSBs alongwith two veteran representatives to attend the celebrations on 07 Nov 2024. The representatives Including Director RSBs may be from across the three services. Specific timings of the event will be promuigated separately-
We also plan to utilize this opportunity to have Directors conclave on 08 Nov
2024 at 1100 Hrs to discuss tho ESM related issues. Cortain important issues for the Directors conclave are as under :-
Replacement of Paper ESM identity Cards by PVC Cards.
Formation of Corporation of ESMs at state level.
Promotion of construction of Integrated Sainik Rest Houses.
Dalay in submission/payment of Centrat/State Share Claims.
Other issues related to DGR/ECHS
In view of the above, all Directors of RSBs are requested to plan their
moves/stay etc under arrangements of their respective State Govts.
Confirmation to this effect and on attendance for both the events may be
forvarded alongwith names of attendee Officer to KSB Sectt latest by 29 Oct 2024 to enable making necessary arrangements at the venue.
This letter may be treated as Authority for move.
