Airbrush Your Own AKA Toro KO - Lure Painting Basics for Beginners

After so many requests I finally tried to tackle the AKA Toro so if you want to paint you some check out this video. I did not have one in hand to look at but from the pictures on Google this is hat I came up with. These lures are not for sale by me or Crusty Cranks but Hey Good Luck painting your own Knock Off Version for personal use. If you don't like it well you can always buy an original from one of the retailers.

Colors used were:
Titanium White Base coat
Createx Transparent Yellow
Createx Transparent Orange with a Drop of Wicked Crimson Red
Createx Opaque Black
Createx Pearl Satin Gold

If you are new to lure painting this is probably one of the best tools you can have. When I first started painting fishing lures I was so excited that I jumped in and started painting lure blanks without even thinking I may have to reproduce that lure again. A year later I wished I had this log book back then, because after painting a couple hundred lures sometimes remembering the colors I used, or where I even ordered the blank from became a problem.
