This is one of yearly traditions to make these cookies and give them to the first responders. They give us so much and sacrifice so much to keep us all safe, its only fair to give back. These cookies only take a 5 min to prep and 7-9 minutes to bake.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375

INGREDIENTS:

2 1/4 C Gf flour (We use bob's Red mill 1-1)
1 C Butter
1 C White chocolate chips( you can use any kind)
3/4 C Brown Sugar
3/4 C Normal sugar
1/2 C Peppermint Chips
1/3 C Hershey's Cocoa Powder (reduce flour 2 TBLS)
2 Large eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
1Tsp Baking soda
1 Tsp Salt
