Day 10 and we jump into the car and take a drive to Tampa to visit Busch Gardens.

Being only a little over an hour away this park is definitely worth the drive if you are a rollercoaster junkie!

This is our first ever visit to the theme park which is part of the Sea World Orlando group of parks and is included in most of the multi-day tickets purchased in the UK.

After checking out the alligators and the cheetah's when we arrive we head off to take on Cobra's Curse and Montu.

A little peckish after the exhilaration we back track to the Serengeti Overlook Restaurant and Pub to sample the food and drink on offer while enjoying watching some of the African grasslands animals roaming their paddock.

Making our way around the park we check in with some of the other animals - laughing with the hyenas, contemplating life with the tortoise and marching in single file past the elephants.

With Pantopia in our sights we spot one of the most hotly debated rides amongst our group...Falcon's Fury...and yes some of them rode it.

The littley's enjoy the area of kids rides; who doesn't love a turn on the carousel. Followed by the Scorpion and Jacob's first outdoor loop de loop.

With one last ride on Kumba we make a spontaneous decision to head to Volcano Bay and enjoy a last couple of hours of waterpark fun, taking in the glory of the volcano at night.
