Honda ATC 200x Build - Part 22 - Assembly Wrap Up & Next Build Announced! - Next projects are discussed (Yamaha YFZ450 (Next Full ATV Build) & Kawasaki KX100 (Periodic Motocross/Trail Bike Project)). In this video we will be flushing the gas tank (fuel tank) of all the rust using Evapo-Rust and Isopropyl Alcohol and then installing it with the new OEM petcock, rubber grommets, bushings, and hardware. We will also pull the dent from the gas tank (fuel tank) using a cheap dent puller from Amazon, then do sanding and body filler, etching primer, filler primer, and painting Honda Shasta White. Then we will be rebuilding the carburetor by cleaning it in the ultrasonic cleaner, adjusting the float, setting the needle jet groove height adjustment, and then installing new main jet, pilot jet (slow jet), pilot screw, throttle stop screw (idle screw, air fuel screw), float valve, needle jet holder, gaskets, o-rings, seals, screws, and fuel line. The Honda 400ex build makes an appearance to go get the gasoline. We replaced and torqued (torque, torqueing) to spec all of the nuts, bolts, thrust washers, collars, bushings, adjusters, springs, seals, crush washers, circlips, snap rings, clamps, brackets, and rubber grommets.
