Описание к видео Knights and Merchants Remake v14787 - Mission TPR 6 - New Hard difficulty - no exploits - fairplay

New feature in Remake edition: difficulty levels - from easier, easy, normal, hard, harder. Enemy units become more resistant and they also inflict more damage, precisely how much are these bonuses for AI - I have not found out yet. After some missions I would guess it is about 150% ~ 200% in the highest level ( harder )

My intention is to verify if the whole campaign is beatable in the harder difficulty level. So far, the first mission and most of missions without base building seem to be impossible.

Moreover I play according to my own ruleset which make game more realistic, challenging and fun ( for me who loves to enjoy every aspect of this game).

General ruleset:
No lure / draw out
No unrealistic moving ( No miraculous micro managing militaries )
No any exploit and glitches
Try always to start fighting in the place where a real smart AI would agree to fight with me
In overall: play as game-developers intended.

Additional ruleset due to the highest difficulty:
in the more difficulty mission I accept using option "only cut the trees" in the woodcutter hut in order to gain more precious resource that is the space for buildings
I accept some situations a'la "lure out" , that is hard to avoid: enemy's defenders leave their position when other enemy units are fighting in the close area of them. I try to set up my defense line in the safe distance from enemy area of hiper-activity but sometimes it is impossible to defending myself without approaching nearly to them
After a battle in front of enemy base, when I am about to lose the whole army, I do but rarely retreat the last unengaged units ( i could easily use retreat each time but i am not ) for the role-playing purpose, because in the reality there are always someone who manages to escape from a fighting. However, enemy units that chases after escapist should be in small, unsignificant numbers for the result of the whole scenerio.

In my YT channel I have proven it is possible to win the original game ( or KAM Remake on standard difficulty ) playing the game in such noble way. Have a look on my videos and I hope to inspire you to re-play ganes in some fresh style.
