Skiing Canada’s Second Largest Ski Resort

It’s been over a decade since I've skied Sun Peaks and finally I had the opportunity to explore it once again. Sun Peaks boasts the second largest skiable terrain in Canada, and it rocks. As a kid my parents would bring me up to Sun Peaks every spring break and I loved it. I’ve got so many amazing skiing memories tied to our family Sun Peaks trips. As an adult, and with a little more skiing experience under my belt, I’m excited to explore Sun Peaks a little more deeply and uncover what it really has to offer, but of course, I had to bring my parents along! Sun Peaks has way more terrain than I remembered and the glades absolutely rocked. I’d love to get a powder day and ski top to bottom on the Burfield Chair all day long. There’s so much more exploring to do in the Gil’s area and Cruiser was without a doubt my favourite fall line groomer lap of this entire season. Also, the nachos were all time!
