Severe Acne Extractions episode 2. Shrapnel pops! The saga continues! Part 2 of 3. So many pops!

Thanks again to my patient for sharing his procedures. Part 3 will be coming in a day or 2. With a patient like this with hundreds of clogged pores and who has never used prescription strength medications, I like to clear the pores with extractions. Then start them on a cleansing regimen with several topical applications and usually intermittent oral antibiotics. He would obviously be a perfect patient for accutane, however some cash patients do not want to spend $1,000 on blood work labs that go along with that treatment protocol. So we do the best we can with what we have available to us.
