Film review of some of the elements in the film Power Of Chi where world champion athletes and UFC fighters strength and stability is tested against the power of internal Taiji skill ! With Morgan Freeman giving us some of his famous commentary about what's happening.

I'm reviewing and discussing the segment with world strong man champion Brian Shaw who has been instructed to not let Taiji Master Adam Mizner move him and then being subsequently surprised at the power a man much smaller than him can have over his balance and stability just by using his Qi to displace him.
