Level - Lud's Gate (Use UPV harpoons to defeat the scuba divers)

Do note: You should first sneak around the room (past the first guard and diver who’s sitting on top of the crates, though it’s only the guard who sees you) and instead have the alarm get set off by a third guard encounter you can trigger in a side corridor.

If you set the alarm off too early (where you’ll get an alert sound effect and a mini-cutscene of the guard and diver moving), the second UPV will get blocked off.

You may also need to do this trophy separately to the “find all UPVs one”, it might just be a rare thing but I had issues with the third and final one not showing up until I set the alarm off straight away and swam to it, ignoring the second UPV (trophy still popped, so interestingly it recognised I’d interacted with that UPV in a different save).

Also, someone did report that this can be done during your pistols playthrough, but personally to be safe, I did this on a separate save.
