Panaad Festival considered as Mother of all Festival in Negros is an annual Celebration of Negrense as thanksgiving for Divine Providence.

This year's theme: Shining Bright at 24. Panaad sa Negros is celebrating its 24th year of Prosperity.

We are lucky enough to visit Panaad Park and we're able to enjoy the different delicacies, locally hand made crafts, organic and agricultural produce by 13 cities and 19 towns and Municipalities all over Negros Island.

From street food to children toys to colorful balloons and local entrepreneurs joined and graced the Festivities.It was a great experience indeed.
