I cannot believe I am saying this, but I have never, ever, seen anything like Wally’s Las Vegas in my life. When it comes to dining I thought I had seen it pretty much all of it, especially in Las Vegas, yet here I am somewhat flabbergasted (in the best way possible) after my $500 dinner. Menu dexterity, wine selection, food quality, rarity, impeccable service and an impressive layout are just a few of the components making Wally’s one of the most memorable dining experiences in Vegas.
