Hi Neighbors, I had fun doing this collaboration of copycat recipes. Let me tell you this burger was more than awesome. I think it is a must try!! I would add maybe another tsp of mustard to the Big Mac Sauce but on a burger the sauce was great and I absolutely love the teriyaki sauce, it is glossy and delicious. I make it and bottle it for loads of recipes that I am hoping to get around to soon to sharing. Anywhoo I chat too much. Below is the recipe to the sauces and to my neighbors.

Big Mc Sauce
Mix all ingredients together and put in fridge for an hour or so for the flavours to build.

1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of paprika I used a 1/4 of tsp but I would use more normally actually
2 tablespoons of sweet relish
1/2 tablespoon of vinegar
2-3 tsp of ketchup
1-2 tsp of mustard
salt and pepper to taste

For the teriyaki sauce
simmer all ingredients together until sugar is dissolved

1 cup of cooking Sake
1 and 1/2 tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of minced ginger
1/2 cup low sodium light soy sauce
1/2 cup of mirin
2 tablespoons brown sugar
