Скачать или смотреть I listed my own FSBO home on Zillow, (for sale by owner) and was shocked at what I learned.

Shocking details of tricks allegedly used by Zillow that seem to steer FSBO callers to contact agents instead of the FSBO sellers directly, by leading them to the "contact an agent" button and burying the FSBO owners contact information under many ads where it is more difficult to locate.
Also, brought to light is allegedly under-estimating FSBO home values versus a regular MLS listing's zestimate, by comparing both side by side of the same property at the same moment and seeing a $101,000.00 difference in zestimates.
Then receiving a cash offer from Zillow, on the FSBO listing where the zestimate was $101,000.00 lower than they zestimated the exact same property fed to Zillow from the MLS!

Realtors pay Zillow big bucks to advertise, while Zillow makes cash offers to sellers behind the Realtors backs, and now Zillow also competes with the same Realtors to get listings too?
On top of that.... they are now agressively advertising to hire the real estate agents that can't compete with them because their pockets are not as deep, to work in their brokerage.
It seems like the strategy now is to become a Zillow agent now or let your business die.
