YOU CAN'T PARK THERE!! WRONG INFO RUNAWAY TURNS INTO A CODE 3 CALL!!

Hello Ladies & Gentlemen and as always, thank you for watching!!! Today, starts with what should be a simple winch out. We are called to pull a semi truck with an "empty" trailer back onto the roadway after the driver lost the road during a heavy rain storm. Sounds simple enough. So, we send Ethan and the new Western Star with a Century 9055XL to get the truck and trailer back on the road. When Ethan arrives, the unit is in a bad spot for blocking a lane and he needs to call for traffic control. Our traffic control isn't available, so he calls for the Highway Patrol to assist. When he hooks up and starts winching the unit onto the roadway, he realizes that something isn't right. An empty trailer should be NO PROBLEM for the 9055XL. He does get it moving, but the farther he goes, the more resistance is created. He asks the driver if he has a load on the trailer and the driver tells him he only has 15,000 pounds in the box, which is still not a big deal. Ethan asks for his paperwork and finds out that he's loaded with 45,000 pounds, not 15,000 pounds and certainly not empty, as we were told!!! Ethan and the driver have a breakdown in communications and the trailer is soon crossways blocking the entire highway. At that point, the Highway Patrol steps in and asks us to "expedite" a second heavy to get this thing out of the roadway quickly. Ethan continues working while I expedite, which means running Code 3, lights and siren to the scene. Thank you, God, for blessing our family and our business.
