Welcome to my YouTube channel. My channel started as a way of sharing free workouts and healthy recipes with friends & family and is continuously evolving.

Who am I?

I'm a former school teacher turned personal trainer, health coach and business owner. I've always been a dreamer since I was a little girl. I'm not able to accept that life is simply about working, paying bills, living for vacations and then retiring. Life is short and it's meant to be lived with passion and as much fun as possible. It's not always easy but it sure is beautiful.

I'm passionate about health, contribution and inspiring others to push past their comfort zones and achieve the life they dream of. I founded Rocofit Health & Fitness in 2006. It started off as my personal training business but quickly became my blog and online brand as friends wanted advice on how to exercise, what to eat and more.

I hope you enjoy my channel and that through sharing my experiences, thoughts, workouts, recipes whatever it is that I will some how even in a small way positively impact your life.
