I started this session off with another hand reading practice where I looked at mine and my opp's ranges. I started both of us off with a narrow range in the 3bet pot (I was the 3bettor w/QQ in the SB). Our checks on the flop didn't allow for much narrowing then, but my turn and river actions really limited and narrowed both our ranges. He ended up with AJs (open then called the 3bet pre IP) which makes sense seeing as how he flopped TPTK on a monotone board. I had the over pair and the way I played it it was obvious I didn't have a great hand.

Next I dove into an interview with Dr. Patricia Cardner from High Roller Radio TV. It was a short interview at just :20, but Dr. Cardner gave us a ton of value from it.
