10 minutes easy yoga for beginners:( in details)-

1. Lotus position or Padmasana: Lotus position or Padmasana is a cross-legged sitting meditation pose from ancient India, in which each foot is placed on the opposite thigh. It is an ancient asana in yoga, predating hatha yoga, and is widely used for meditation in Hindu, Tantra, Jain, and Buddhist traditions..
This asana is a meditative pose, so it is best if you practice this pose in the morning. But having said that, there is no rule that you cannot meditate in the evening.
It is not mandatory that this asana must be done on an empty stomach. But if you are preceding or following it up with yoga asanas, it is best you have your meals at least four to six hours before you do this asana. Also, make sure that your bowels are clean.

Benefits:This asana relaxes the mind and calms the brain.
It activates the spine, the pelvis, the abdomen, and the bladder.
The knees and ankles get a good stretch.
Menstrual issues and sciatica are dealt with if this asana is practiced regularly.

2. Diamond Pose or
If this asana is practiced through pregnancy, it makes birthing easier.
This asana opens up the hips, making them more flexible.
This asana helps awaken the Chakras and also makes you more aware of things.
Your posture is sure to improve with regular practice of the Padmasana.
Energy levels are restored with the practice of this asana.

2. Vajrasana, Thunderbolt Pose, or Diamond Pose: Vajrasana, Thunderbolt Pose, or Diamond Pose, is a kneeling asana in hatha yoga and modern yoga as exercise. Medieval texts describe a variety of poses under this name.
"It is the only pose that can be done on a full stomach. In fact, it should be done right after having a meal. Avoid doing it in case on any leg or knee injury. It is also known to relieve from constipation and facilitate nutrient absorption in body.

Benefits:
Enhances blood circulation in the lower abdomen improving digestion.
If you sit in Vajrasana after food, food gets digested well.
Relieves excessive gas trouble or pain.
Nerves of legs and thighs are strengthened.
Makes knee and ankle joints flexible and prevents certain rheumatic diseases.
In Vajrasana, the spine is erect without much effort. It is also beneficial for practice of pranayam and as a preparatory for meditation.
