How To build An Offset Smoker (DIY BBQ Build)

In this video my dad and I show you how to build the ultimate backyard smoker bbq. The awesome thing about this build is that it's made completely out of steel that we sourced from a local steel yard. No propane tanks, compressors, or expensive pipes. Although this project itself is definitely not cheap. This vertical style offset smoker cost around $1100 in material and although that seems like a lot, it is well worth the cost. We used thicker than needed materials to make sure this project lasts a lifetime and holds in heat well for those long days of cooking.
