New in CIOC Version 3.1 is an enhancemnt to the auto complete feature on
the main search forms for Community Information and Volunteer.

A long standing issue with the auto complete is that when you pick an
organization name out of the autocomplete list, you would like it to match
that name, but many names contain overly common keywords or punctuation
that provide confusing search results. The solution is to put quotes around
the name to indicate that the phrase is to be searched as is but this is
cumbersom and unintuitive. This version of the software automatically
quotes searches where whole organization names have been selected out of
the auto complete drop down.

Lets start in the old version of the software. If I start typing Hospital
Elder, I can auto complete Hosplital Elter Life Program which I know is an
Org Name. Unfortunately I get results for things that match Hospital and
Elder and my desired results are burried in the middle here.

In the new version of the software lets try that again. I only get two
results. Note that I didn't even need to pick to search in Org Names, the
auto complete knew that you picked an Org Name and automatically quoted the
query for you.

This also works for organization names in the auto complete for the
Volunteer Module keyword search.
