Homemade Wire EDM

As last year students we got the assignement from our school to build a didactic wire EDM. This was the result, together with an external person (who also has a channel on youtube, link below) we were able to complete the project. With our project we participated in a contest, called Peter Heller Talent Award. The man behind the contest was Peter Heller, he has been vice-president of Ford Europe. In this contest we ended second which was a very good result. We also got a lot of media attention, we have been twice in the newspaper and we also got interviewed for TV (link below). Our machine will be used at our school to teach the other students about wire EDM. Me and my projectpartner have gained alot of experience with this assignment.
