Strawberry Yogurt Clusters

5 Chopped Strawberries
2 200g Yoghurt Pots
Honey (optional)
500g Milk Chocolate
Method:
Mix Chopped Strawberries in with the Yoghurt and Honey, if adding.
Create clusters with the yoghurt and place in the freezer on a baking tray or in Tupperware.
Once frozen, coat the clusters in melted chocolate and allow to set.
Allow Yoghurt to defrost slightly before eating, place in fridge for around half an hour.
Fluffy Nutella Pancakes

2 eggs
110g granulated sugar
250 ml whole fat cow milk
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
300g all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
100g Nutella
Method:
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and then pour the sugar and whisk the eggs at the same time like really fast, if sugar gets in contact with an egg yolk for example it will cook the egg yolk and you would have tons of egg lumps.
You want to add milk and oil and mix
Sift the flour and baking powder, add it to the batter
Make sure to mix everything with the help of a whisk. If you see any flour lumps you can blend the batter until smooth.
Put your non stick pan on low heat in your stove, add a couple of drops of oil and spread it with paper towel and when its a little warm (not too hot) you want to add your pancake batter, cover it with a Lid and cook for one minute on low heat
Add the Nutella on top!!!
You want to add more batter on top but only where the Nutella is so like to cover it. Cover with a lid and keep checking it. You know it’s time to flip it around when it starts to make bubbles and kinda cooking like you can see that it’s cooked but not fully.

250g Minced beef
3 small tortilla wraps
1/2 white onion
1/4 Iceberg lettuce
6 slices of gherkin
2 grated gherkins
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 ketchup
2 tbsp American mustard
1 tsp sugar
3 slices burger cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
For the sauce mix the mayo, ketchup, mustard, sugar and grated gherkins together and then add salt and pepper to taste.Dice you onion and slice you lettuce
Take one tortilla and 1/2 of your minced beef and press it on to your tortilla so it’s evenly spread and covers it allAdd face down to a pan for 1-2 mins so that the beef is cooked then flip, add a piece of cheese then add tbsp of water to the pan and cover so that the cheese meltsOnce you’ve done all your tortillas it’s time to build
First add you sliced gherkins, onions, lettuce and then sauce, fold in half and eat
One Pot Lasagne

500g minced beef
1 white onion
200g carrots
75g celery stalks
50g pancetta
3 cloves of garlic
225 ml beef stock
2tbsp olive oil
400ml tomato paste
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
2 bay leaves
1tsp nutmeg
100ml red wine
250g lasagna sheets
200g sliced mozarella
Method:
Begin by heating 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large, deep, oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Add finely diced white onion, minced garlic, and finely chopped carrots into the skillet. Sauté these for about 5 minutes, until they're softened and aromatic. These humble ingredients lay the groundwork for the depth of flavor to follow.
Increase the heat to high and add 500 grams of minced beef and 50 grams of diced pancetta into the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the meat is thoroughly browned, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. Now add the tomato paste, bay leaves, passata, hearty beef stock, a teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and a dash of nutmeg into the pan. Stir well to incorporate the tomato paste and seasonings into the meat. Allow this to simmer and cook for about 10 minutes. The red wine can be added at this stage, letting it cook down and blend harmoniously with the other ingredients.
Grab your lasagna sheets and break them into halves and carefully submerge the sheets into the rich sauce in the skillet. Be sure to change directions and distribute the sheets as evenly as possible. Place the lid on the skillet and allow it to cook on the lowest heat setting according to the lasagna sheet packet instructions. Usually, it takes about 20 minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked, pierce it with a fork to ensure it's tender. Now distribute the sliced mozzarella evenly over the lasagna. Top with the lid again and let the cheese melt. To finish, sprinkle freshly torn basil leaves over the top for an extra touch of color and a hint of fresh, peppery flavor.
