As a Teochew-Lang, the founder Mr Chia strives to preserve heritage dishes dear to his heart. The nostalgic flavours served include steamed fish, trio eggs, braised duck/pork belly, shark meat, fermented bean minced pork, marinated cockles and more. With a total of about 100 choices, one can hardly run out of ideas for dishes to go along with 'muay' .

The porridge with soft rice grains and a good consistency is a standout on its own. If you like watery porridge, simply ask for the 'arm' and it is complimentary.
