This One Rupee Silver Coin featuring Edward VII of British India from the year 1904 struck at Bombay Mint.

The coin is made of Silver weighing 11.66 grams with diameter 30.6 mm and reeded edge.

The obverse side of the coin has Bust of King Edward VII facing right diving a legend within a raised and toothed border. At the reverse, The value in English and Urdu - Yek rupiya (One rupee), and the date below with a spray of lotus flowers on each side and a crown above, all within a raised, toothed border. The Bombay mint mark "B" is mentioned in the crown.

Edward VII was King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and Emperor of India from 22 January 1901 until his death in 1910. The estimated value for this certified VF condition coin is approx Rs 1000.
