speaker scratchy voice coil adjust (with clothline clips doesn't work)

Discussing simple ways to adjust a speaker's scratchy voice coil.
professional way is recone: 200$ for replacing the entire moving parts, rewiring, recentering, reglueing (foam bead, membrane, spider, voice coil)
those who believed in my CLOTHLINE CLIPS tweak, please don't, the spider, as the membrane have both to be 100% free vibrating, I tried it, but it actually DISTURBED the tone GREATLY.
Vintage speakers got the expected clarity to reproduce tones of each and every music instrument played, if a spider is still looking good, well glued on, as the membrane, it's foam bead well glued on, also on the metal frame, leveling the surface underneath the bead foam should help readjust, but cutting off the edge of the foam bead half a millimeter right on the scratchy point side, pulling the foam bead there more towards the edge of the frame and glueing it there 1st to that side helps way better centering the whole swinging apparatus.
