Linwell is the Asus cable manufacturing company. In this video Hardware Busters (website and channel linked below) took a trip to their facility to check out the new design. In the video HB shows many methods that would traditionally cause a failure on the older PCI SIG/Nvidia/Intel design, that seem to be somewhat resolved now. Hopefully they implement this on all new cards going forward, but also offer some kind of fix for existing customers.
