How to Midi Sync the Elektron Digitakt to the Roland Sp404 mk2

In this video, I am using the Elektron Digitakt to midi sync to the Roland SP 404 Mk2. I will show you what to select in both units to get this up and running. I will also do a short chop sequence in the 404 Mk2, then later a very small demo of some of the effects in the 404 mk2. Use the chapter markers to skip ahead to the parts you need to see, I recommend going straight to 9:10 for the issues I found when trying to midi sync.

There is a huge potential in this set up, mostly because I could program the entire pattern from the Digitakt to trigger the Sp404MK2 drum samples, chopped samples. I am learning both of these units and there is a bit of a steep learning curve in the Digitakt. But I look forward to learning more about these units.
