Once you’ve done all the reading, and podcast listening, and attended the protests- what’s the next step in your personal racial justice journey? Educator and sociologist, Dr. Stephanie Bramlett provides a practical path forward for people of all races. Finding your intrinsic motivation, getting curious about the history of your local community, participating in small acts of activism, and leaning into discomfort are action steps that each of us can take toward racial justice.

She operates as the chief diversity officer of the academy, providing leadership on campus on issues such as diversity of community, student leadership, recruitment, and success of teachers, professional development, inclusive alumni engagement, and institutional equity.
