For those who make an advance appointment via the hospital appointment system as per following steps

Advanced appointment booking
1. Scan QR Code showing here for registration page
2. Complete personal information and travelling details
3. Select an appointment date (at least 3 days prior)
4. After completing the registration, there will be a screen showing Booking ID/ name-last name/ and date and time of the appointment
Screenshot the screen as evidence to show to our staff on the service date
5. You can choose to pay online straight away
6. A doctor will send recommendation and details of the test to you via email before the appointment date.
7. If you have additional question to consult the doctor, please notify the staff and Service Point 1 on the service date

On the service date
When you drive into the hospital
Look for Drive thru fit to fly sign on the left hand side, follow the sign to take you to left turn into ground level car park
Then follow the road signs to enter Drive thru fit to fly service area which you will find
Service point 1 : Show your proof of successful registration for identity verification, make a payment and notify us if you wish to consult our doctor at this point then drive to
Service point 2 : which is specimen collection area (Swab) - That’s it…you can go back and wait for the result by email within 24 hours
-Drive Thru Fit to Fly opens daily from 7am – 12 noon at ground level carpark Bangkok Hospital Pattaya
