When you suffer with Anxiety, M.E, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain, insomnia, or any other debilitating Illness it is sometimes difficult to calm the brain and body enough to rest. This video is designed to help focus into the body and away from the business in the brain. It can be used instead of meditation or as an exercise before you start a meditation session.

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor with extensive experience with M.E. and Chronic Pain Sufferers. I have been guided through the creation of the content and text for these videos by a long term M.E. sufferer with Anxiety.

Our goal is to develop a database of videos that you can turn to in various states of being so that some form of exercise is possible every day.

The video concentrates on positioning, posture, muscle activation, mindfulness of movement, breathing, and bringing you back to your body.

The creators are not responsible for any injuries or worsening of symptoms as a result of doing these exercises, you perform this at your own risk and it is purely intended to help those suffering with debilitating disorders.
