On the second anniversary of Mark E Smith death here's the second and final un-broadcast footage from VH1 recorded in June 1996. It's an unedited recording of his "10 of the Best” links without the videos inserted, viewing of which will reveal why, again, it remained un-broadcast.

Mark displays a playful and jovial demeanour. There’s some odd choices and he does not appear to be taking the experience very seriously. He’s clearly severely restricted by the limited selection of videos available in the VH1 library. At one point he protests "You ought to get a bigger library”.

You have to feel sympathy for the same unfortunate 26 year old female staffer (“Sophie”) who again has been given the task of managing the session. She sounds quite stressed at having to contain and supervise a seemingly contrary and unpredictable presenter within a tight schedule.
