Making the Margherita Sbagliata with a twist….instesd of using lines of Tomato Passata I use dots just like the pesto (which is another change, he uses a basil reduction). I also added some Grana Padano and Meyer Lemon Zest post bake to add some of my own touch to it. This pizza is inspired and very similar to what you would find at Pepe In Grani. I call my version the Margherita Redento or Redeemed Margherita
