The REED Collective has partnered with Canning to run a community initiative “Chai Time Women’s Connect” - a mobile multicultural morning tea which invites newly arrived migrants to come together. The sessions offer community health education, learning opportunities to enhance wellbeing, foster creativity and increase the sense of purpose within the community. Over tea and conversations, it provides a safe, friendly environment to create connection, build confidence, and allows the women to participate in a new skill development through this collective.
