📋 INGREDIENTS:
2 zucchini
9 oz / 250 g ricotta cheese (about 1 cup)
2 oz / 60 g oat bran (about 2/3 cup)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg

Makes 22 servings, each with approximately 37 calories, 2g of carbohydrates (0.5g of fiber), 3g of protein, and 2g of fat.

Bake at 360 ºF / 180ºC for approximately 20 minutes.
