RECIPE for this CRISPY EGGPLANT FRIES 🍆

Ingredients : (makes 8 fries)
🌿 1 large eggplant
🌿 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
🌿 2 tbsp corn flour
🌿 1 tsp onion powder and garlic powder(optional)
🌿 1 tsp cumin powder
🌿 Salt 🧂(to taste)
🌿 1/4 cup water
🌿 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
🌿 1/2 tbsp seeds mix
🌿 oil

Directions:
🍁 Cut eggplant into slices.
🍁 In a bowl, add some all purpose flour(maida) and corn flour.
🍁 Then add spices and water and make slurry.
🍁 In another bowl, add crushed cornflakes and seeds mix.
🍁 Now dip the eggplant slices in the slurry and coat them with corn flakes.
🍁 Fry them till both the sides are slightly brown.
🍁 Your crispy eggplant fries are ready.

Enjoy them with dip or make sandwiches.
