Now that we have accomplished our goal of running a sub 2 hour in the Heber half, we could quit with the training plan and just move onto the next thing, but we want to make sure that we can do that sub 2 time consistently. So we are sticking with the training plan until the Nebo half. After that, we will announce our next plans.
